Accessing your Coram User Account for the First Time

Learn how to set up and sign in to your Coram user account for the first time.

Welcome

Welcome to Coram! You’ve taken the first step towards transforming your surveillance and security operations with our state-of-the-art platform. Signing into your Coram account opens the door to a suite of powerful tools designed to enhance your monitoring capabilities, streamline your workflows, and ensure the safety and security of your premises.

Before you begin

Before you can sign in to the Coram web app, you need to have an organization and a user account created for you. This setup is typically handled by your Coram sales representative, as part of the initial onboarding process.

Once your organization is set up and your user account is created, you are ready to start using Coram's powerful surveillance and video analytics tools.

Tip: To speed up this process, if your organization has already been created, and there is an admin user set up for your organization, ask them to create an account for you. To learn more, refer to Settings: Users.

Signing in to your Coram User Account

Before you begin, ensure the following:

  • A Coram sales representative has created your organization in Coram.

  • A user account has been created for you, using your email address.

  • You have received the following confirmation email:

To sign in to your Coram user account:

  1. Within the Welcome to Coram AI email message, click the Login button.

    Your default web browser opens and the Coram login page appears:

  2. Do one of the following:

    • If your Coram account email address is associated with an SSO provider, continue with the corresponding SSO option.

    • If you prefer to use a password to sign in:

      1. Type your email address, then click Continue.

      2. click Forgot password?

      3. Follow the instructions to trigger a password reset email.

      4. Follow the instructions in the Reset Your Password email message.

Note: The Reset your Password email can appear your spam folder, or the email provider might disable the reset password link.

After you sign in, if you have not connected a Coram Point appliance to your account, refer to About Coram Point and Connecting Coram Point to your Network. Alternatively, to learn about the features and functions of the Coram web app, refer to Introduction to the Coram Web App.

Troubleshooting

After you log in, if you see the message, "Your account is not associated with any organization", it means that the email address you used to log in is not associated with an organization in Coram. For support, contact the Coram support team or your Coram sales representative.
