Step 1: Set Up Your Account

Before you connect your new Coram Point appliance, you need to activate your Coram user account.

Find Your Welcome Email

Look for the "Welcome to Coram AI" email in your inbox or spam folders. This confirms your organization and user account are ready.

Don't have this email? Contact your Coram sales representative — they handle the initial account setup.

  1. Open the Welcome email and click Login.

  2. Sign in using one of these methods:

    • Google, Microsoft, or Apple SSO: select the matching button

    • Company SSO: enter your email, then follow your company's login page

    • Email/password: enter your email, then click "Forgot password?" to set up.

If you see "Your account is not associated with any organization", your email may not be linked yet. Contact Coram support.

Important: To access to the rest of this guide, you need to log in to Coram.
