April brings the brand new Video Vault page, which unifies archives and a new set of download management features into a single destination, with powerful new admin tools for visibility and control across the entire download queue.
On top of that, the mobile app gets a full navigation redesign organized around Coram's product lines, Visitor Management gains background checks and legal agreement signing, and fisheye dewarping now works seamlessly across Walls and Live View. Plus so much more.

Product Release Video
The New Video Vault Introduces Powerful Download Management Tools
All your archives and downloads, in one place.
Video Vault replaces the standalone Archive page with a single destination for all your stored footage, so you can manage archives and downloads side by side.
The Downloads tab is entirely new: a unified list of every cloud download request. This list lets you view clip previews, name your downloads for easy identification, and cancel requests you no longer need. When a download finishes, you still get an email notification with a link, but we’ve added the option to download your files straight from the Coram app. This page also gives admins full visibility into the queue across all users, with the ability to download or cancel clips on their behalf.
The Archives tab is still your familiar place for preserved footage, but everything now lives in one place. Search works across both tabs, making it fast to find specific footage regardless of how it was saved.

Full Mobile App Navigation Redesign
A cleaner, product-organized mobile experience.
The Coram mobile app now uses a product switcher model that mirrors the web app. Instead of a single combined navbar showing all features at once, users land on the Home page, and can switch between dedicated product views: Cameras, Access Control, and Emergencies, each with its own navigation and landing page.
"Home" is the default view, showing the most common actions across all your licensed products. Each product line also has its own contextual nav bar, with a broader set of task-specific tools.

Visitor Management: Background Checks and Legal Agreements
Extend visitor screening with identity verification and agreement signing.
Building on last month's Visitor Management launch, April adds Checkr background screening to the check-in flow. When enabled, four checks run in parallel during check-in (criminal records, sex offender registry, identity verification, and reverse phone lookup) completing in approximately two seconds. If any check returns a flag, the visitor is held for administrator approval.
This month also introduces NDA and legal agreement signing during check-in. Upload a PDF legal document through the dashboard, configure it as required or optional, and visitors will review and sign it on the iPad as part of their check-in. Signed documents are generated automatically with the visitor's details and signature, and emailed to your configured recipients.

Active and Ended Labels Schedule tables now clearly indicate which schedules are active and which have ended.
Updated Labels and Copy Unlock schedule labels and access control permissions page text have been refined for clarity and consistency.
Alerts & Detection
Cropped Firearm Alert Images Firearm alerts now crop the image to the detected person, making it faster to assess the alert at a glance.
Camera Time Out of Sync Alert A new alert type warns you when a camera's clock has drifted, helping catch time discrepancies that can affect video search and forensic review.
Faster License Plate of Interest Alerts LPOI alerts now trigger immediately when a flagged plate is detected, tightening the response loop.
Cleaner Alert Filtering The alert type dropdown now sorts alphabetically and shows only the types configured for your organization.
Coram Assistant
UI Polish The Assistant interface has been refined across the sidebar, message rendering, and controls for a cleaner experience.
Coram Mobile App
Analytics Tab Consolidation Previously separate Faces and License Plates screens are now combined into a single Analytics tab with sub-tabs for Faces, Profiles, Persons of Interest, and All License Plates.
Personal Walls Moved to Live Tab Personal Walls and Live feeds are now sub-tabs under the same Live screen, replacing the previous layout where they were separate sections.
Video, Timeline, and Cameras
Dewarped Fisheye Cameras on Walls and Live View Fisheye cameras now show your chosen dewarped view by default on Walls and Live View pages, so each camera uses its configured conversion mode automatically. Full interactivity (zoom, pan, rotate) is also available in fullscreen Wall mode and on the Timeline page.
Auto HD on Fullscreen Video automatically switches to HD when you enter fullscreen, so you always get the best quality at full size.
Resolution Selection on Shared Video Pages Viewers on public or shared video pages can now change video resolution without needing a Coram account.
ROI Preserved on Timeline Scrub Your Region of Interest selection no longer resets when you click the timeline, so you can scrub freely while keeping your area of focus.
Custom OSD Text for Coram Cameras Administrators can now overwrite the on-screen display text for Coram-branded cameras.
Direct Upload Face Button In AI Analytics, a direct Upload Face button replaces the previous Actions dropdown.
Devices Page Improvements The Devices view now remembers your scroll position, responds to search without lag, and automatically sorts offline cameras to the bottom.
Search Date Range Aligned with Retention Video search date ranges now reflect each NVR's retention period, with dates outside the available window greyed out. Daylight saving time edge cases have also been corrected.
Walls
Wall Search and Location Filter You can now search walls by name and filter by location, making it faster to find the right wall in large, multi-site deployments.
EMS
CSV Export of Emergency History Export your emergency history to CSV for sharing with stakeholders or importing into external reporting tools.
Clever Delta Sync Clever integration now syncs incrementally, and only changes since the last sync are processed, making syncs faster and reducing the window for stale data.
XML/JSON Toggle for Emergency Webhooks Choose between XML and JSON response formats for EMS emergency webhooks to match your downstream system.
Country Code Selector Phone number fields now include a country code selector for international deployments.
Improved CSV Import Clearer import guidance, a phone number field, and the ability to proceed when not all school-location mappings are present.

Unified Share Modal Sharing clips and streams now works consistently across all Coram surfaces.
Organization Switching for All Roles All user roles can now access the Organizations tab in Settings to switch between organizations.
Admin Download Queue Management Administrators can download and cancel cloud downloads created by other users.
Custom Webhook Headers Outbound webhooks now support custom static headers for authentication tokens, API keys, or other required headers.
Webhook Latency in Payload Webhook payloads now include alert-to-webhook latency, helping integrators measure end-to-end response times.
