Trigger Emergencies Directly from Firearm Alerts
Escalate emergencies faster, with fewer handoffs and a cleaner path from detection to coordinated response.
Organizations using both Coram VMS and Coram EMS can now verify and escalate firearm detection alerts into live emergencies directly from the alert window, on both web and mobile.
Authorized EMS users can trigger a preconfigured emergency broadcast (such as Lockdown or Evacuate) without leaving the alert workflow and, if they do, relevant footage is automatically shared into the EMS Respond chat, keeping footage and response context in one place. Learn more here.
New for Access Control: Lockdowns
Respond to a critical incident or unexpected event with an emergency lockdown, for ultra-precise, predictable access management when you need it most.
Use lockdowns to immediately lock a predefined set of doors during emergencies or in response to critical events. You can configure lockdowns to lock specific doors and grant access only to explicitly selected users. Click here to learn more.
First & Last Seen Analytics for Profiles
Get immediate answers to “when were they here, and for how long?”, without scrubbing video or building manual timelines.
Faces, profiles, and persons of interest now include a dedicated First & Last Seen view. This means one-click access to live data (and handy CSV exports) for an individual's first seen timestamp, last seen timestamp, and total seen time. You can even filter by location and timeframe for even more precise results. Learn more here.
Discover & Journeys Now Update Near-Instantly
Discover search and Journey Path is now even more viable for supporting live response, as well as retrospective review.
Discover and Journeys now surface results almost immediately after events occur. Previously, processing times created a momentary delay before recent activity appeared in search and journey views. This improvement significantly shortens footage turnaround, making it possible to investigate incidents in near real time, as they unfold. Try Discover here.
