Introduction to the Coram Mobile App

Overview

The Coram Mobile app gives you fast, simplified access to the most important tools in Coram, directly from your phone or tablet. It includes a refined set of features that let you view your cameras, search recordings, respond to alerts, and manage essential settings wherever you are.

With the mobile app, you can access the following features:

Live View: Browse, search, and filter your cameras by name, location, or group.

Timeline View: Select a camera from Live View or Devices to open a simplified Timeline view, showing people, vehicles, and motion events, and review footage by date.

Discover: Find specific footage using natural language search terms.

EMS: Report and respond to emergencies if your organization has an EMS license. To learn more, refer to Introduction to Coram EMS.

AI Analytics: Review people (faces, profiles, persons of interest) and license plates (all plates or plates of interest) captured by your cameras.

Alerts: View, filter, and search alerts that have already triggered (alert setup and configuration are only available on the web app).

Devices: View, filter, and manage cameras by status (online, offline, disabled). Adjust camera settings such as LPR, audio, rotation, usernames, passwords, and RTSP settings. You can also enable/disable cameras, and view device info or errors.

Walls: View your saved Custom Walls (Smart Walls are not available on mobile).

User Settings: See your own user details, and manage your organization’s members by inviting or removing users, changing camera access, or adjusting roles for Cameras.

Help & Support: Open the Coram Help Center, use the Fin chatbot, or log a support ticket directly from the app.

Note: The Coram mobile app is available for the following operating systems only:

  • iOS (earliest version currently supported is iOS 15.0)

  • Android (earliest version currently supported is Android 34)
