Faster, More Efficient Loading of People and Vehicle Thumbnails

Higher WebRTC Connection Success
We’ve increased the number of retries when connecting via a TURN server, making live video streaming with WebRTC more robust—particularly in network-constrained environments or behind strict firewalls.
Redesigned Timeline Page Interactions
Timeline page interactions have been fully overhauled—featuring a clearer time picker, improved visuals, and simplified workflows. These enhancements provide a smoother experience and make exploring and managing video history more intuitive. To learn more, read Video Timelines.
Immediate Availability of Integration Clips
Clips from third-party integrations (for example, sensors) are now made available right away, helping you review triggered events more quickly.
Notification Groups Search
The notification groups selector now supports searching by group name. This makes it easier to find and manage groups for targeted alert configurations or notifications. To learn more, refer to Notification Groups.
Automatic Timeline Updates
While viewing the Timeline page, new detections of people, vehicles, and motion are automatically updated without the need to refresh. This ensures you always see the latest events as they happen.
Accelerated Image Grid Loading
We’ve refined image-loading processes across the website, delivering faster load times for grids and a more seamless overall experience.
Faster Vehicle and People Sub-tabs
By optimizing how data is retrieved and displayed, the Timeline’s Vehicle and People sub-tabs now load more quickly, helping you identify key footage faster.
Enhanced Clip Previews for Vehicle and People Searches
When searching for vehicles or people, you’ll notice clearer and more informative clip previews, making it simpler to find what you need at a glance.
Improvements
Timezone Accuracy: Timezones now auto-adjust to camera data, resolving previous mismatches.
Discover Search: All relevant matches now appear in Discover results, without omission.
Firewall Warnings: Incorrect AWS firewall alerts for some Coram Points are fixed.
Deletion Buttons: Functional delete buttons are restored for “Person of Interest” and “License Plate of Interest” entries.
Valid Timezones for Clips in Insights: Clips now use their camera’s timezone for more precise reporting.
Consistent Camera Selection When Creating Reports: Cameras remain selected when generating reports - no more accidental deselections.
Seamless Sharing of Short Clips: Clips under one minute can now be shared easily, ensuring quick footage distribution.
Corrected Page Element Layering: Layout conflicts are fixed so modals and drawers display properly.
Live Stream vs. Clip Playback on Timeline: Requesting a live stream no longer plays a saved clip by mistake.
Visibility of Short Clips in the Motion Subtab: Short clips now appear reliably in the Motion subtab, preventing any missed footage.
