Key Features
Even More Refinements to Firearm Detection
Further improvements to firearm detection mean even faster, more accurate alerts to enhance on-site safety and awareness. Support for higher-resolution images and more advanced detection models further increases accuracy, even in busy environments, to deliver accurate, real-time responses, keeping your security teams focused on the moments that matter.
Shareable Floor Plans
Share floor plans both internally or with a public link - no Coram account required. Floorplans show camera icons in their exact locations, and allow viewers to hover over each icon for camera information. It’s a streamlined way to share layout and camera placement information with colleagues, external stakeholders, or emergency services - perfect for incident response, gathering evidence, collaborative planning, or simply providing a clear site overview.
More Features & Enhancements
Video Playback & AI Analytics
You can now display just one camera feed in a Personal Wall, making it easier to focus on critical areas. This also allows you to create and share single-camera kiosks.
Focused thumbnails throughout the app, specifically for people and vehicles, have been improved for quicker visual interpretation and event identification.
You can now expand any historical clip on a Personal Wall to full screen for a more detailed view of important footage.
Data is transmitted more efficiently from Coram Point, enabling smoother high-speed (8x) reviews of lengthy recordings.
A new option lets you remove unwanted faces from the AI Analytics page, helping reduce clutter and keeping focus on relevant individuals.
Video playback and timeline scrubbing have been optimized to make it easier to jump between key events.
Journey Path playback starts closer to the event in focus, offering quicker context during reviews. You can also access Journey Paths directly within Discover search results.
Devices & Configuration
After you provide default camera credentials for the first time, Coram remembers them for subsequent camera additions. This helps streamline the process of adding multiple cameras.
If camera credentials are missing or invalid, Coram provides clearer, more direct feedback, helping admins correct errors before moving on.
Performance & Data Processing
Multi-clip Journey Paths load more quickly, speeding up analysis and piecing-together of complex events.
An indicator shows if a journey path is available for people or vehicles that are included in Timeline View results.
Account Management & Reporting
Whenever a camera is renamed, that action is recorded in the access logs, improving oversight for administrative changes.
Time zones now align with each camera’s configured time setting, resulting in more accurate report timestamps and video overlays.
UI & Navigation
We’ve introduced clearer confirmations and smoother interactions to help you avoid mistakes and get better feedback while navigating the interface.
Enjoy expanded icon options, seamless loading animations, and real-time notifications that make the interface clearer, more responsive, and more intuitive.
Improvements
The correct live feed loads reliably to avoid confusion from edge cases where previously-recorded clips were displayed incorrectly.
Thumbnails now highlight people and vehicles with better consistency, ensuring you quickly spot important activity across different views.
A rare crash affecting camera connectivity was resolved, improving overall stability and continuous access to feeds.
Only essential footage is fetched when pulling historical clips, helping conserve both bandwidth and storage resources.
Appliance tooltips now display only the most pertinent information, resulting in a cleaner and more focused user interface.
