Troubleshoot issues with receiving emails from the Coram web and mobile apps.

Coram sends various automated emails, including the following:

  • A welcome email, when you are added to a Coram organization.

  • A password reset email, when you request to reset your password.

  • An alerts notification email, whenever an alert is triggered.

  • A file download email, when you request to download a video clip.

Your email server firewall can block emails from Coram, or mark them as spam. Coram send emails from the IP address 198.21.2.213, which we recommend that you add to the whitelist for your email account.
