Welcome email (when a user is added to the Coram AI dashboard)
Password reset email (when a user attempts to reset their password)
Alerts notification email (whenever an alert is triggered)
Sometimes, a user's email server firewall can block or mark spam emails coming from Coram AI. We send emails from the IP address 198.21.2.213; we suggest users whitelist this IP address.
