Coram's AI chat agent provides immediate, in-app support. Located in the bottom-left corner of every page in the app, it uses natural language processing to help you navigate features, troubleshoot issues, request contact from the support team, and create feature requests.
Overview
To ensure that you have immediate access to useful information and help, Coram offers comprehensive documentation and direct, in-app help. In the bottom-left corner of the web app, you’ll find Coram's AI chat agent, called Fin, which provides natural language conversation about most of Coram's features and functions. You can ask questions, troubleshoot issues, or request further assistance from Coram support.
Getting Assistance
Access the Coram web app and sign in to your account.
In the bottom-left corner of the page, click the chat icon. A chat window opens.

Do any of the following:
To get help from Fin, click Ask a question, then type a question or describe an issue using everyday language. Fin responds immediately with answers and suggestions.
To chat directly with someone in the Coram support team, click Support Request. A member of the team will contact you.
If you want to submit a suggestion for a new feature or functionality you'd like to see in Coram, click Feature Request. A member of the team will contact you.
Tips:
Fin responds instantly, so you can solve minor problems without leaving the Coram interface.
To access previous conversations, in the chat window, click Messages.
Ask questions in plain language, for example, “How do I enable MFA?”. Fin will interpret your request and provide answers accordingly.
Fin covers most Coram features, including setup, configuration, alerts, analytics, and more.
If Fin's responses don’t resolve your issue, create a support ticket or request to talk to the Coram support team directly.
