You can restart a Coram Point appliance by using the Restart Appliance button in the settings menu, or by manually power-cycling it. To perform a full power cycle, disconnect the main power cable and reconnect it after 15 seconds. Do not use the power button.

Restarting your Coram Point Appliance in the Coram Web App
Access the Coram web app and log in to your account.
From the main navigation menu, click Devices.
Select the Appliances tab, then find the appliance you want to restart, and click the corresponding Settings button.
Click Restart Appliance.
The system attempts to communicate with the appliance and initiate the restart process, which can take a few minutes to complete. When the process is complete, a confirmation message appears.
Note: In some instances, this button is not available. To restart a device in this case, follow the instructions below to restart the appliance manually.
Manually Restarting your Coram Point Appliance
WARNING: Do not use the appliance power button. Disconnecting the main power cable is the safe and proper method.

Locate the power cable. Find the thick, 3-pin cable that connects the appliance to a wall outlet or power strip.
Grip the cable where it connects to the back of the appliance, and pull it straight out.
Wait 15 seconds.
Reconnect the power cable. The device automatically powers on.
After restarting, wait 2-3 minutes for the NVR to boot up. Then, access your Coram account and check that any previously-connected cameras are live and working normally.
