Restart your Coram Point NVR by manually power-cycling it. To perform a full power cycle, disconnect the main power cable and reconnect it after 15 seconds. Do not use the power button.

Restarting your Coram Point NVR

WARNING: Do not use the NVR's power button. Disconnecting the main power cable is the safe and proper method.

  1. Locate the power cable. Find the thick, 3-pin cable that connects the NVR to a wall outlet or power strip.

  2. Grip the cable where it connects to the back of the NVR, and pull it straight out.

  3. Wait 15 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cable. The device automatically powers on.

After restarting, wait 2-3 minutes for the NVR to boot up. Then, access your Coram account and check that any previously-connected cameras are live and working normally.
