Learn how to view and search access logs for users within your organization in Coram.

Overview

The Access Logs page in the Settings menu provides a detailed record of the users that have accessed your Coram account, and provides information about what they did during their sessions.

Each access log entry includes the date and time of access, the email address of the user, and a description of their activity within the app.

You can use the access logs feature to do the following:

  • Monitor account usage to ensure that only authorized users access your Coram environment.

  • Investigate changes, deletions, or other actions taken within the account.

  • Search and filter the logs by user email, specific activities, and date ranges, making it easier to pinpoint relevant information.

Viewing and Filtering Access Logs

By combining the search and filter tools in the Access Logs page, you can quickly locate the exact entriees you need, helping you maintain better oversight and control over your Coram account’s security and usage.

  1. Access the Coram AI web app and sign in to your account.

  2. In the top-right corner of the page, click the dropdown arrow (), then select Settings.

  3. In the Settings sub-menu, click Access Logs.

    A list of user activities appears, showing the date and time, the user’s email address, and the actions they performed.

  4. To search and filter the list, do any of the following:

    • Use the search bar to enter a user’s email address or type of activity (e.g., "deleted camera", "updated settings").

    • Filter by Date: Click the date picker dropdown menu and select a start and end date to narrow down the logs to a specific time frame.
