Overview
The Licenses page in Coram helps you understand your current subscription usage across different Coram products and features.
While the core Coram platform supports unlimited users, some features (like premium AI alerts or emergency management) require separate licenses based on camera count or user seats.
Note: You can’t edit licenses within the Coram app. If you need to upgrade or add more, contact your Coram sales representative or account manager.
To go the Licenses page, from the main navigation menu, click Settings, then select Licenses.

License Types
Depending on the products enabled for your organization, you may see one or more of the following license types listed.
Camera Licenses
Shows how many total camera licenses your organization has, and how many are in use. This corresponds to the number of individual cameras you can activate on your account.
Premium Detection Licenses
Premium Detection licenses determine how many cameras can be assigned to alerts that use advanced detection types — including Firearm, and Slip-and-Fall Alerts. To learn more, refer to Licensing for Premium Alerts.
Emergency Management System (EMS) Licenses
EMS licenses are seat-based. This means only users assigned to an “Emergencies” role will consume a license and be able to access EMS features.
IMPORTANT: If a user is not assigned an Emergencies role, they will not be able to view the Emergencies page or receive real-time alerts and messages.
