By adjusting time synchronization, creating valid user credentials, and modifying security tokens, you enable Coram to accurately communicate and control your cameras for better monitoring and management.

Checking and Configuring ONVIF Settings for Axis Communications Cameras

To check and configure ONVIF settings:

  1. Access the camera's native web interface and log in using the camera credentials.

  2. At the bottom of the page, click Settings, then select the System tab.

  3. To check and configure date and time settings:

    1. In the System tab, click Date and time.

    2. Check that the date and time are correct and match the time zone where the camera is installed.

    3. If the time and date are incorrect, set the correct time manually.

  4. To check and configure ONVIF user settings:

    1. In the System tab, click ONVIF.

    2. If no ONVIF user exists, to add an ONVIF user, click the plus icon ( + ).

    3. Enter the same username and password you used to log in to the camera.

    4. From the User Group dropdown menu, select Admin.

    5. Click Save.

  5. To check and configure Plain Config settings:

    1. In the System tab, click Plain config, then from the Plain config sub-menu, click WebService.

    2. For Enable replay attack protection, ensure that the checkbox is deselected.

    3. If you made any changes, click Save.
