Learn how to create, update, and delete dashboards in the Coram web app.

Creating a New Dashboard

Tip: You don't have to create a new dashboard in order to create a report. You can add reports to the default or currently-selected dashboard.

To create a new dashboard:

  1. Access the Coram web app and sign in to your account.

  2. From the main navigation menu, select Insights.

  3. In the top-right corner of the page, click .

  4. To rename the dashboard and provide a description, select Actions > Dashboard Details. Type a name and optional description, then choose Save.

    The dashboard appears in the list, and you can add reports to it.

Managing Existing Dashboards

To manage an existing dashboard:

  1. Access the Coram web app and sign in to your account.

  2. From the main navigation menu, select Insights.

  3. In the top-left corner of the page, click the Dashboards dropdown arrow, then select the dashboard you want to manage.

  4. Do one of the following:

    • To rename the selected dashboard and update the description, click Actions > Dashboard Details. Type a new name and description, then choose Save.

    • To delete the selected dashboard, select Actions > Delete, then choose Yes, delete.

Warning: After you delete a dashboard, you cannot recover it.
