Coram Point warranty

Coram Point as a Leased device

If the Coram Point is under a lease agreement, it comes with a warranty as long as it is covered by an active license agreement, which may be for a duration of 3, 5, or 10 years. This warranty includes protection against hardware damage that occurs during standard usage but does not cover damage resulting from the customer's negligence or natural disasters (i.e., acts of God). If a Coram Point is damaged under these conditions, Coram AI will replace it within a few business days.

Coram Point as a Purchased device

If the Coram Point is purchased and owned by the end customer, it comes with a 5-year hardware warranty. This warranty includes protection against hardware damage that occurs during standard usage but does not cover damage resulting from the customer's negligence or natural disasters (i.e., acts of God). If a Coram Point is damaged under these conditions, Coram AI will replace it with equipment of similar age within a few business days. This warranty only applies if the customer continues to have an active video license subscription with Coram AI.

Coram AI camera warranty

The 5MP cameras (Dome, Bullet, Turret) provided by Coram AI are fully covered under warranty as long as they are under an active video license agreement (3, 5, or 10-year license).

Premium cameras purchased from Coram AI (e.g., Fisheye, PTZ, Multisensor, 4K) are covered under a 5-year hardware warranty if they are under an active video license agreement (3, 5, or 10-year license) with Coram AI.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Note: For all products, the primary warranty limitation is that they are not damaged due to an accident, abuse or misuse, acts of God, or any unauthorized use of the hardware.
