To create an integration with Brivo access control go to:

Integrations (in the left sidebar) > Integrations > Create an Integration > Integrate with Brivo.

If you don't have any integrations yet, you will find "Create an Integration" in the center of your screen.

This will take you to the following page:

The login password is the same as the password you use for https://access.brivo.com/

The login username is the “Admin ID” once you log into https://access.brivo.com/

Upon successful login, you should see the following page

Click on submit, and you will be redirected back to Coram.

The integration has been created, but it is not yet active. To activate it, you need to provide a Brivo API Key. If you do not have an API Key, contact your installer to obtain one. For detailed information about the API Key, refer to the Brivo API documentation at https://apidocs.brivo.com/.

Press the "Update API Key" button. Coram will validate the API Key with Brivo.

The API Key window will close, and you will see your Brivo Integration among all active integrations. You can update your API key at any time by pressing the three dots near the Integration record.
