    Sign in, go to Settings > Personal, click the padlock icon next to the username field, enter a new username, and confirm by clicking the check mark.

  • Enable High-Resolution Live Streaming
    Sign in, navigate to Settings > Personal, and toggle on High Resolution Live Video Streaming.

Overview

When you add a new user to your organization in Coram, you are required to provide their email address only. As an admin, you can use the Personal settings page to assign a custom username for the logged-in user.

Note: By default, your username is your email address.

You can also use the Personal settings page to enable high-resolution live video streaming for the timeline page for the logged-in user.

Changing Personal Settings

  1. Access to the Coram web app and sign in to the user account you want to update.

  2. At the bottom of the main navigation menu, click Settings.

  3. In the Settings menu, click Personal.

  4. Do any of the following:

    • To change your username, in the username field, click the padlock () icon. Type a new username, then click the check mark () icon.

    • To enable high-resolution live video streaming for the timeline page, for High Resolution Live Video Streaming, enable the toggle switch.
