To review the status and error history for a camera:
Access the Coram web app and sign in to your account.
From the main navigation menu, click Devices.
The Cameras tab is selected by default.
For the camera you want to review, click Settings.
The camera Settings window appears.
Do any of the following:
To review the status history of a camera, click the Health tab.
By default, the chart shows a timeline of the camera's status over the last 24 hours. Green indicates uptime, and red indicates downtime.

To adjust the chart time frame, from the dropdown menu, select a preset time frame or specify a custom range using the date and time picker. The chart displays the average uptime percentage for your chosen period. You can also hover over the chart to view specific timestamps.
To view details about any errors that occurred recently on the camera, click the Recent Errors tab.
