Product Release Video + Big Announcements!

Key Changes

A Redesigned Live Page

The Live Page experience has been rebuilt to prioritize what matters most: the video. We’ve removed unnecessary controls, expanded video thumbnails to better optimize screen space, and cleaned up the interface for a more immersive, focused view.

Expanded PTZ Support

We’ve added pan-tilt-zoom control for more camera types, including multi-sensor cameras and Sunba-branded cameras.

System Resilience

We've improved firmware-level fault isolation so issues with one camera don’t impact the rest of your deployment.

Faster Archive Downloads

Archive downloads are now virtually instant, starting as soon as you click the download button — no lag, no delay.

Discover Results

Discover results have been improved, as the system now indexes more images whenever system resources allow.

ONVIF Reliability

Increased robustness of ONVIF parsing, improving compatibility with a wider range of cameras.

Improvements

  • Object counting reports now return more accurate results.

  • Video playback no longer freezes when seeking outside the buffered range.

  • Clip requests on the timeline that are close to the current time are now more reliable.

  • Shared walls now appear correctly in the walls lists.

  • Kiosk menus are hidden from users without requisite permissions.

  • Fullscreen mode now works as expected on the new Live Page.

  • High framerate streams on 4-channel Coram Points no longer slow down the system.

  • Archiving tasks now complete more reliably, reducing failure rates.
