Before you begin, ensure the following:
You have created a notification group that contains the users you want to notify. To learn more, refer to Notification Groups.
You have created a profile for the person you want to identify. To learn more, refer to Introduction to Facial Recognition.
To create a new Person of Interest alert:
Access the Coram web app and sign in to your account.
From the main navigation menu, select Alerts.
In the top-right corner of the page, click + Create Alert > Person of Interest.
The Create Person of Interest Alert drawer appears.
From the list of available profiles, click the image of the person you want to detect.
By default, all cameras are included for Person of Interest alerts. If you want to exclude cameras for the alert, click the All Cameras, then find and deselect those cameras and click Save.
From the Notification Groups dropdown menu, select the notification groups you want to include for the alert., then click Save.
To save the alert, click Create Alert.
Note: Person of Interest alerts are named automatically according to the name of the profile you select.
