The quality of the video feed varies based on where you are in the application.

Live view // Kiosk // Personal wall page

When watching a wall of videos on the live view, kiosk, or personal wall, the video quality is standard definition (SD), approximately 512 kbps and 6 FPS. This is done to preserve bandwidth, as many video feeds can be streaming to the video wall.

Timeline page

When you select an individual camera and view the timeline page, you have the option to select the HD version of the video by clicking the HD option at the bottom right of the video.

If you would like to make the video default to HD on the timeline page, you can set this by going to Settings (top right) > Personal and enabling HD streaming. Once this is enabled, the video on the timeline page will default to HD for you.
